There are many other parameters for the engine, like the speed of the engine, torque, power, fuel flow, brake specific fuel consumption or BSFC, energy efficiency and exhaust temperature. Exhaust temperature or exhaust gas temperature is an important parameter of the gasoline engine. It has significant role to the function of the catalytic converted related to the internal combustion engine. It is measured with the help of the exhaust gas temperature gauge. (4) Conclusion In the gasoline engine performance, the total energy efficiency is measured by taking the engine speed as a fixed parameter.
